We accept an order after Fovter has confirmed it and payment has been successfully received and verified.

All purchases are subject to our Return & Refund Policy.

Nothing in this section limits the coverage provided by our published Two-Year Limited Warranty or any consumer right that cannot lawfully be waived.

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Fovter Furniture INC and its affiliates, employees, directors, officers, agents, vendors, and suppliers will not be liable under a legal or equitable theory for indirect, incidental, special, or consequential losses arising from use of the Services.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, the total liability of Fovter Furniture INC relating to a product purchase will not exceed the amount paid for the product giving rise to the claim.

Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits liability that cannot legally be excluded or limited.
